Buying From Dan Santillo
Prices and options can be found on the individual photo pages. Prices are the same across the board, for example, the cost of a 24x30cm framed photo is the same for every single photo.
What Can I Buy?

Traditional Prints: Prints can be mounted or framed. High quality photographic matt paper and ink are used and, when behind glass, the print is expected to last for a minimum of 100 years. Archival quality ph neutral mount boards are used and the photo is attached with a t-hinge to ensure the paper can respond to atmospheric changes. The mount is signed in the bottom right and the place name written lightly in the bottom left.
Canvas Prints: These are printed on extremely high quality canvas which is hard wearing and comes with a 10 year guarantee. They are water resistant, stain resistant and will not crack on the corners or edges.

All the photos on Dan Santillo are available for purchasing for stock use, for example, brochures, websites, etc. - please contact Dan with details of the intended usage to get a quote.
The cost of postage and packing dependant on what is being ordered. Delivery is either by Royal Mail or courier, depending on the size and weight - mounted prints are typically sent via Royal Mail whilst the framed photos are sent by courier. The very large photos can be only be collected from Dan or delivered locally - this is clearly marked on the individual photo page.
Everything is made to order. Dan can normally get everything made and sent within a week. If you need the order urgently there is every chance Dan can get your items to you quicker, so please do contact Dan to let him know and he will do everything he can to meet your deadline.
Payments are handled by securely via Stripe so you can pay by credit/debit card or you can pay via PayPal. None of the credit/debit card details are passed to this website - all that Dan gets told is the name, address, email and whether the payment was successfully made. Alternatively, you can phone Dan with your credit card details to place an order. If you live locally, it may be possible to collect your order from him - please contact Dan for further information.
Your Right To Cancel
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a cooling off period of 7 days after receiving the delivery during which you can cancel the order and have a full refund. If you decide to exercise your right to cancel, you will be responsible for shipping the goods back to Dan at your expense so please ensure you choose an insured courier. Please contact Dan first to let him know to expect a delivery.

Dan is self-employed and it is just him and his wife, Anneka Santillo, running this business. They take great pride in what they do and the goods that they produce and will do their utmost to make sure that you are happy with what you order. If for whatever reason you aren't happy then please do contact Dan and he will do all he can to resolve any issue.
