Waterfalls and Rivers Group Workshop
This group workshop focuses on waterfalls and rivers. Located on the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park, we will take a pleasant walk along the river with plenty of places to stop and learn various techniques before reaching the spectacular waterfall at the end. When we get back to the cars, we drive onto a different waterfall (transport provided) to practise what we've learnt. On this workshop, you will learn how to photograph moving water, see and compose a photo, know what settings to use on your camera and see how filters can benefit your photography.
The maximum group size is 5. The walk is mostly flat on good paths. The path to the second waterfall can be a little uneven but nothing adventurous. It's all about the photography so we spend as long as you want at each stop and I'm there to offer my expert advice at every point.
A set of PDF notes is supplied and there is ongoing support after the workshop via email. At the end of the workshop, I will do a quick demonstration of how I process my photos from the day using Lightroom. I can also show you how I would process one or two of the photos that you took.
This particular workshop is amongst the trees so weather rarely affects it, although if it it totally atrocious then we would postpone, but this is rare. When raining, umbrellas are great at keeping rain off cameras!
The workshop duration is around 4 to 5 hours, drinks and light snacks will be provided when we get to the second waterfall.
The price per place on the workshop is £50. To book, select your date below to add your booking to the cart and then pay in the usual way.
