Brecon Beacons Group Workshop
This group workshop focuses on landscape photography with some waterfall photography as well. This is a slightly different workshop to the others as we travel to several different locations across the National Park. We start off at the National Park Visitors Centre before heading out onto the common. After spending some time there, we head deeper into the park stopping at several locations from mountain vistas to reservoirs and waterfalls. This is a full day workshop, but we are never very far from the car. On this workshop, you will learn how to photograph mountain scenes and waterfalls, see and compose a photo, know what settings to use on your camera, see how filters can benefit your photography and how to work with the light you have available.
The maximum group size is 5. There is little walking but there is an optional short walk that is well worth it. It's all about the photography so we spend as long as you want at each stop and I'm there to offer my expert advice at every point. Once we meet, all transport is provided for the day so you can sit back and relax between locations.
A set of PDF notes is supplied and there is ongoing support after the workshop via email. At the end of the workshop, I will do a quick demonstration of how I process my photos from the day using Lightroom. I can also show you how I would process one or two of the photos that you took.
I try not to postpone workshops due to the weather, but this particular workshop is in the National Park so if the weather is truly poor then we will postpone to another date, but this is a last resort.
The workshop duration is around 8 to 9 hours, drinks and light snacks will be provided but you will need to bring a packed lunch.
The price per place on the workshop is £75. To book, select your date below to add your booking to the cart and then pay in the usual way.
