A few weeks ago, I went out to Whiteford Sands with Emma Jones. We were hoping for a spectacular sunset but were let down. On the walk out, we spotted some periwinkles that had been exposed by a low tide and had been crawling along the sand – see Emma’s blog post for photos. Whilst she was photographing the periwinkles, I spotted a small patch of barnacles.
I’ve been meaning to do this for a while and when Willow was sick last week I couldn’t go out so had time to make a small collection of black and white photos of Gower. I’m taking them to Inspirations in Swansea today where they will be on sale. The photo below doesn’t really do them justice – they look stunning, even though I say so myself.
