An Epic Rhossili Sunset

Worms Head, Rhossili Bay

A couple of weeks ago I led a Landscape Photography Workshop at Rhossili. The forecast was interesting and we did have a very long rain shower, but there was sun and we were blessed with wonderful lighting conditions! A few weeks ago, I ran a Landscape Photography Workshop that ended up at Rhossili Down. Whilst there, I spotted a great patch of wild flowers so at the next possible opportunity, I headed out there for sunset. Can Black and White Rescue a Photo?

Earlier in the summer, we went for a walk along Rhossili when I spotted a clump of flowers so whilst everyone else carried on walking, I took a couple of photos. The weather wasn’t great and the lighting flat so the resultant colour image wasn’t great. In an attempt to get a usable photo I tried converting it to black and white.
