Delivery

Delivery within the UK mainland £1 for orders under £10, £2.50 for orders under £100 and free for orders over £100. For all other destinations, please contact me for the postage cost before ordering. Delivery is either via Royal Mail First Class, Royal Mail Standard Parcels, DHL, FedEx or HDNL. Small orders and items are normally sent via Royal Mail, framed photos normally by courier.

 

Lead Time

Everything is made to order. I can normally get everything made within a day and sent the day after. Canvas prints take longer as I have the canvas printed for me. For a canvas print, a week is a rough guide. If you need the order urgently, please contact me to let me know and I will do everything I can to meet your deadline.

 

Payment

Payments are handled by PayPal (you don't need a PayPal account) on their secure server so you can pay by credit/debit card. None of the credit/debit card details are passed to this website - all that I get told is the name, address, email and whether the payment was successfully made. If you live locally, it may be possible to collect your order from me - please contact me for further information.

 

Returns

Generally, I don't accept returns unless damaged in the post or there's a flaw on the printed media, plastic, etc. I take each case on its own merit so please contact me and I'll see what I can do. Exceptions to this rule are returns covered under the Distance Selling Regulations (see section below).

 

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a cooling off period of 7 days after receiving the delivery during which you can cancel the order and have a full refund. If you decide to exercise your right to cancel, you will be responsible for shipping the goods back to me at your expense so please ensure you choose an insured carrier.

 

My Personal Assurance

I am self-employed and it's just me running this business. I take great pride in what I do and the goods that I produce and will do my utmost to make sure that you are happy with what you order. If for whatever reason you aren't happy then please do contact me and I will do all I can to resolve any issue.

 

Croppping

Depending on the size of the item ordered, there may well be some cropping of the photo. This won't have a detrimental effect on the image as it is only the very edges that are lost. Items which need a significant crop are shown below the main photo on the buy page for individual photos.
