Dan Santillo is a professional photographer based in Pontardawe in Swansea, Wales, specialising in landscape photography. Dan is energetic in his photo taking and will trek miles into the mountains to take photos, often before sunrise to capture the early morning light.

 

In addition to photography, Dan has a passion for writing and can competently supply a complete package of words and images. He has produced work for several magazines including Photography Monthly, Camping and Country Quest. He recently wrote and published his own book, A Photographic Journey Around... Gower.

 

Dan's work is on sale in various shops around the Swansea area and he regularly attends the Brecon Craft Fair at the market hall on the third Saturday of each month (except January and February). He also has one small outlet in Saltash.

 

He will accept commissions and has recently worked with a major publisher supplying photos for a book on National Parks.

 

Dan's obvious area of expertise is Gower and the Brecon Beacons, but he is also very familiar with Dartmoor and has spent many hours there. He enjoys visiting Snowdonia, the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales and will happily supply photos of any area.
